Who we are
New World Timber Limited is one of the largest single independent importers and distributors of hardwood, softwood, and panel products in the South West of England. We've been trading since 2005 from our base at Hill Barton Business Park, just outside Exeter.
We're a trade-only supplier — our customers are joiners, cabinet makers, builders, and contractors who need consistent quality and quick deliveries.
As experienced importers and distributors, we control what we hold, how it's graded, and what it costs. That means better pricing, tighter quality control, and a supply chain we understand end to end.
We have extensive contacts with mills across Europe and beyond, If we dont stock what you need, we can usually source it for you.

Sales Service
Our experienced sales staff will help you through your pricing quotations; offering alternatives as necessary. Hardwood is often difficult to price so we can offer fixed prices to offset against the possibility of excess waste. Our modern computer system gives our sales staff instant access to products and prices making quotations quick and confirmation of product availability.
Stock Range
We carry an extensive stock of all product ranges to ensure prompt delivery to your premises and are continually looking at new products to add to our range. As a major importer we source material all over the world, please let us know of any unusual product we more than likely will be able to source it.
Delivery Service
After placing your order, our efficient operations department will normally co-ordinate delivery within 24-48 hours. We can even advise on approximate delivery times by maintaining constant contact with our drivers. Then, once on site, our courteous drivers will assist in off-loading of material if required. It’s all part of the New World Timber service.

Collections Welcome
Our trade counter at Hill Barton Business Park is open Monday to Friday, 8:15am–12pm. Pre-booked collections only — call ahead so we can have your order ready before you arrive.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Delta at the counter. Account terms available for regular trade customers.
